The Floating Market

As a kid, I've always loved markets. Not the wet ones that come to mind. Ironically, this is one market that can't get any wetter than a wet market. But LOOK AT IT! It's so complicated it's mesmerising!

I'm actually beginning to wonder if ANY OF YOU are reading this. If you are, then give me some LURRVE people. LUF LUF, comments lah. For those sotong till cannot make it.

I love finding little trinkets, here and there in the markets, just walking through the shops, people shouting BANANAS ONLY 10 DOLLAH at you, and just seeing and taking it all in. Can you imagine being in one of those boats! I just have to make sure I don't eat anything before that just in case i throw up. Yes I guess it can look pretty unhygenic. But I want the REAL THING, I don't want the plasticky shopping buildings that we already have in Singapore. It's Thailand. That's in Chiang Mai, I think.

Many thanks to the photographer of this fantastically complicated photo. Just captures how my STOMACH is feeling right now from the popiah, ice cream, tau huey X2, beef kway teow, chicken rice etc etc.
